Wild Basin Lodge Wedding

Wild Basin Lodge Wedding

I always love shooting at Wild Basin Lodge.  It’s a stunning venue, in an incredible setting right up against Rocky Mountain National Park.  And Denice and Nils and their staff are amazing.  I love it so much that my daughter was married there a few years ago.    It’s the perfect mountain wedding venue.

Congratulations Macey and Brandon!   And a big thank you for being so easy going and awesome to work with!

Such a fun group to work with! But what I love about this photo is the smiling and laughing wedding party contrasted with the very serious flower girl! Cracks me up.

After an incredible trip to France and Greece, it was wonderful to have my first shoot back be with an awesome couple in one of my fav places in the world.  I always love photographing in Rocky Mountain National Park.  And this Estes Park engagement session with Angela and Bill was one of my favs this year.

Estes Park Spring Wedding

Estes Park Spring Wedding

Congratulations to Laura & Trevor!   Beautiful spring day in Estes Park for their wedding.  And the weather gods were kind – no rain, blue skies and just perfect soft light for photography.

I’d been looking forward to shooting Laura’s wedding since before she’d met Trevor.  I shoot a lot at Black Canyon Inn where Laura used to be the wedding coordinator and she’d told me years ago that I was going to be her wedding photographer.   I was honored.   One of my fav clients ever, a beautiful wedding and killer light…love my job.

Always a pleasure to shoot at Black Canyon Inn and Twin Owls Steakhouse.   And no one does a better job at DJ than Jay at Standing Room Only.  Marci, at Colorado Rose Cake Co, did her usual amazing work.

Killer views of the Continental Divide for their reveal photos.
